EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR '25-'26

Christina Quiles Schellhas – Lindenwold High School

Christina Quiles Schellhas, known to many as “Miss Q,” has been a dedicated counselor since 2006 and officially joined the Lindenwold School District as a bilingual mental health counselor in April 2023. She is passionate about supporting both students and adults as they navigate their academic and personal journeys, providing guidance that fosters emotional growth and resilience.

Miss Q can often be found working closely with students through group sessions, classroom lessons, and individual conversations. She is always willing to lend a hand, whether by translating during impromptu parent meetings or phone calls to help ease concerns, or by supporting the student personal care pantry to ensure students have access to essential items while attending school.

She finds great joy in watching those she works with grow, mature, and achieve success. Proud to be part of the Lindenwold community, Miss Q looks forward to continuing her work there for many years to come. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as with her 11-year-old pitbull, Tornado.
